You must be referred by someone to become a member of LuvHate.com. This is because the compensation structure of the site is tied to individuals and their referrals. By making normal online purchases through LuvHate.com, the person who referred you receives a commission of the sale.

If you are a free member, just click on the UPGRADE button at the top of your screen.

You must have an invitation sent or given to you from a family member, friend, or acquaintance that is registered on LuvHate.com.

They will give you a special link, so that when you join, they receive credit for referring you.

If you don't know anyone that is a member, contact us and let us know why you want to be a member, and we will have someone send you an invitation.

Not sure what LuvHate is yet? This will explain it:

• LuvHate is primarily a shopping club.
• Luvhate members can read reviews, write reviews & rate merchants.
• LuvHate has 2 membership levels: Free & VIP
• VIP membership costs $10 per month
• VIP members earn commissions for referring new VIP members
• VIP members earn a 4% rebate on every purchase they make at over 150 merchants
• VIP members earn rebates on purchases their friends make. (even if your friend is a free member!)
• Free members do not earn any rebates on purchases or referral fees.

Just contact us and tell us you'd like your account closed. If you have suggestions on how we can improve the site, please let us know.

Most often it is due to a violation of our Terms of Service.

If Jane & Peter are both VIP members and Jane downgrades to a free member, then Peter will remain a Level 2 member. Jane will stop earning her $3 monthly commission on Peter, but you will continue to earn your $2 monthly commission on Peter.

Note: You will still earn 3% commission on Jane's purchases, 2% on Peter's purchases, and 1% on Mary's purchases regardless of their VIP status.

When your friend upgrades to a VIP membership, we will pay you $3 per month for a long as your friend remains a VIP member.

IMPORTANT: You must already be a VIP member when your friend upgrades to a VIP membership or you will not be elidgable to receive any referral commission on your friend, even in the future.

If you are VIP member, you earn 4% commission on your purchases.

You will also earn 3% commission on your Level 1 (direct) referral's purchases, 2% on your Level 2 referral's purchases, and 1% on your Level 3 referral's purchases even if they are not VIP members. So go invite some friends now!

No, only VIP members earn commissions on their purchases, the purchases made by their downline, and on the VIP members they refer.

As long as you've earned more than $20 per month for each of the last 3 months in referral commissions, you can request to have your $10 monthly VIP membership fee paid out of your commissions. (Purchase commissions do not qualify)

Please contact us with your request and we will process it for you as long as you meet the requirements.

No, you would not get credit for them joining, or on their future rebillings. (But you would earn commission on their future purchases.)

Bottom Line: You MUST be a VIP member at the time anyone you refer becomes a VIP member (or makes a purchase) in order to qualify for commissions and/or rebates.

Well, we require that "ugly" picture to be changed in the first place. Otherwise, the whole site will be outlines of people without faces that aren't really you.

To Change Main Image:
1. Click My Account
2. Click on Manage Photos (left navigation) or Change Main Image (under "ugly" photo)
3. Under your new photo that you uploaded, click Main Image (the black MAIN IMAGE bar should go under your photo)

That's it! Go back to your account and see your newly changed photo!

To upload a picture:
1. Go to My Account
2. Click on Upload New Photos
3. Click the gray box or the Browse button
4. Find your image and click Open
5. Give your picture a Title/Description
6. Click Upload(A line will come up saying the file successfully loaded)

Note: Free members can have up to 10 pictures on their profile. VIP members are allowed up to 200.

Go to their profile, under their profile picture, click on the link that says "Add To Friends". If they have already tried adding you, you will get an error that says they beat you to it. That means you have a waiting invitation from that person.

To accept a friend invitation:

1. Go to My Account
2. Click on Manage Friends (There should be some text next to it saying you have 1 invitation pending)
3. The pending invitation will have 2 options: Accept or Deny
4. Click either and click OK and your done

Just click on the INVITE button at the top of any screen. You can invite 4 friends at a time and you can alter the invitation letter if you'd like.

You must be a VIP member at the time of purchase in order to qualify for the commission.

Level 1: 2%
Level 2: 1%
Level 3: .5%

You also earn 2% on your own purchases.
